Welcome to VM Maruthi Chits. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our chit fund schemes. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
VM Maruthi Chits coordinates and manages chit fund groups according to the applicable Chit Fund Acts. All schemes are subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and strict adherence to the law.
To participate in a chit scheme, you must be of legal age, provide valid KYC documentation, and meet the financial requirements necessary for the specific group you wish to join.
Members are obligated to pay their monthly contributions on or before the due date. Bidding in the monthly auctions is subject to clearing all prior dues. Late payments may attract penalties as stipulated in the chit agreement.
We strive to provide accurate and uninterrupted service. However, VM Maruthi Chits is not liable for indirect damages, or financial loss stemming from circumstances outside our immediate control or regulatory changes.
